Our new home and family trip on July 4th

After moving into our new home on June 28th, we made our annual trip to Port Aransas with Jesse's family for the 4th of July. Jesse and I had so much fun spending time with our two sweet babies while playing at the pool, and beach. Hazel loved building sandcastles, collecting clams with grandma and Katelyn, and splashing in the waves! Eli was content sitting in the sand, and liked to watch the birds flying in the air. Rosemary is such a fun loving grandma and really enjoyed playing at the beach with us! They got to see their many aunts, uncles, cousins and sweet Nanny. We are thankful that Nanny is still able to make the trip to Port Aransas and help us make special memories.

We have really enjoyed this exciting time, moving into our house. We have been working hard to unpack and get everything set up. We love our new home and look forward to making many family memories in our new place!

  Eli is 11 months! 
Eli turned 11 months on the 5th. He finally learned how to clap while we were singing pat-a-cake at the beach. He has also started to stand alone for a few seconds at a time and will probably be walking soon! He has been very fussy with teething lately and is SLOWLY getting four teeth on top right now. Luckily, they are finally making an appearance and he will hopefully be less fussy :). He likes reading books, dancing to music, playing with Hazel in the game room and exploring our new house! His favorite word in "Da" and he screams it often!
