Hazel had a week of "firsts"!

First tea party!

We went to uncle Lon's house in Austin on Saturday, the 25th to celebrate Nanny's 90th birthday! The family surprised Nanny with a high-noon English tea party for the girls (just like Nanny and her daughters experienced on their recent trip to Vancouver). Nanny loved the tea party and so did Hazel! We had a great time with Jesses family, celebrating the sweetest, most lovely 90 year old!! What a blessing she is in our family, and we are so blessed that she is in very good health.
The highlight of the weekend was the tea party and dancing while uncle Danny played piano.  He is SO talented and could play anything we requested, Jesse and I had so much fun singing along!

First gymnastics class!
This Monday, the 27th, Hazel went to gymnastics class at ASI Gymnastics. She tried out gymnastics last week at gymnastics camp on M/W/F. She enjoyed it so much, so we signed her up for a weekly class.

Hazel posing for me after her class!

First hair cut!
Hazel and I got to have a little girl time today, the 28th. We went to Sweet and Sassy for her first official trim and finished our outing with frozen yogurt at Red Mango. She liked getting her hair trimmed and enjoyed the pampering!
I am so glad I have a daughter to experience all of these fun girly adventures with!!

My beautiful girl all dolled up, complete with a tiny french braid, glitter spray, cupcake perfume and stars on her face!
