Hazel graduates and turns 5 years old!!

May 31st- Hazel graduated from Community Kids pre-school! 

"Favorite Things", from the Sound of Music was the theme of the program. It was so special and I was really impressed with the thoughtful gifts the teachers made for each student! (a scrapbook of pictures and art work as well as a "Favorite Things" poster) Hazel sang and did the motions to the 2 songs and looked adorable on stage!

 Jesse and I feel so blessed and honored to be Hazel's parents and never could have imagined how awesome, loving and bright our daughter would be at the young age of 5. We give God all the glory for blessing us so richly!

  Hazel's loved her sweet teacher, Ms. Marcela! She was a really fun loving and laid back teacher, who made the classroom a fun and exciting place to learn!


After Hazel's program, we drove to Waco to celebrate our niece, Elayne's HS graduation. We had a fun party with family at Rosemary's. The kids love feeding grandma's koi fish and Eli kept saying, "pish" and wanted to go outside and see the fish the whole day! We also got to see the many animals and animal heads at Uncle Jeremy's on Sun. We even fit in a visit with our friends the Bryants, on our way home!

June 2nd-Hazel's Rainbow Tea Party!!

Hazel and I have been planning her rainbow party for the past year! Even with a year of expectaion, I think it turned out more fun and special than she expected! She wanted to be surprised, so Jesse took the kids to church on Sun. while grandee, cousin Luke and I decorated the dinning room! Hazel came home to an explosion of rainbow and was so excited to celebrate with her girl friends! 

               The girls had so much fun making name necklaces, and coloring tea pot pictures!

               The girls got dolled up in hats, and jewelry and grandee put make up on each girl!

June 3rd- Hazel's 5th birthday!

Hazel has been asking to go back to Wonderwild, so I took her and Eli to play on her birthday! She had a great time playing with her friend, Kennedy! We then met grandee and Luke at Double Dave's pizza for a birthday lunch! 

Hazel loved her gifts from grandee and named her penguin, Kennedy!
