Easter!

Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life."

We had a great visit with grandma and had so much fun at our church's Easter egg hunt and festival! There were bounce houses, snow cones, and a huge egg hunt! The cousins had the best time and the weather was perfect!

 Easter is a special time to teach our kids about the true meaning of Easter! This year Eli's school sent home a really neat Resurrection poem, with eggs to help teach the story. Hazel and Eli both loved reading the poem over and over!

Easter morning our family celebrated by going to the wonderful service at WoodsEdge with my parents and Rosemary. Jesse takes any opportunity he gets to try out his Big Green Egg, so he smoked a turkey for the first time. It was so delicious! We had a fun Easter dinner with Ashlei's family and grandee and grandad.
